Product Ruling PR 2010/8 sets out the Commissioner's opinion on the tax consequences for entities participating in the Rewards Group Premium Timber Project 2010 (the Project) by entering into a Licence Agreement and a Management Agreement for the purpose of carrying on a commercial forestry project.

No applications were accepted and the Project did not proceed. Therefore, PR 2010/8 has no application as it does not rule on the tax consequences for any entity.
