Income tax: Great Southern 2009 High Value Timber Project - Preferred Financier

Product Ruling PR 2009/18 set out the Commissioner's opinion on the tax consequences for persons participating in the Great Southern 2009 High Value Timber Project - Preferred Financier (the Project) by entering into a Land and Management Agreement and a Lease Agreement for the purpose of carrying on a commercial forestry project.

No applications were accepted and the Project did not proceed. Product Ruling PR 2009/18 has no application as it does not rule on the tax consequences for any taxpayer.
