Income tax: Great Southern 2009 High Value Timber Project (ABL Nominees Pty Ltd Finance)

Product Ruling PR 2008/72 set out the Commissioner's opinion on the tax consequences for persons participating in the Great Southern 2009 High Value Timber Project (ABL Nominees Pty Ltd Finance) (the Project) by entering into a Land and Management Agreement and a Lease Agreement for the purpose of carrying on a commercial forestry project.

No applications were accepted and the Project did not proceed. PR 2008/72 has no application as it does not rule on the tax consequences for any taxpayer.
