Product Ruling PR 2008/65 set out the Commissioner's opinion on the tax consequences for persons participating in the Great Southern 2009 High Value Timber Project (the Project) by entering into a Land and Management Agreement and a Lease Agreement for the purpose of carrying on a commercial forestry project.

No applications were accepted and the Project did not proceed. PR 2008/65 has no application as it does not rule on the tax consequences for any taxpayer.
