Product Ruling PR 2007/8 set out the Commissioner's view on the income tax consequences for entities participating in the Ginseng Australia Project No. 1 (Early Growers).

PR 2007/8 is withdrawn because minimum subscription was not reached. Therefore, there are no growers to which this Ruling applies.
