Income tax: Great Southern Plantations 2008 Project

Product Ruling PR 2007/63 sets out the Commissioner's opinion on the tax consequences of Growers accepted into the Great Southern Plantations 2008 Project (the Project) from 1 April 2008 to 30 June 2008 inclusive.

No applications were accepted and the Project did not proceed. Therefore, Product Ruing PR 2007/63 has no application as it does not rule on the tax consequences for any entity.
