Product Ruling PR 2007/11 sets out the Commissioner's opinion on the tax consequences of rebalancing, contributing to an investment and partially redeeming a unit in the Credit Suisse Asset Management Select Investment Flexible International Share Fund under the 2007 Product Disclosure Statement.

This Product Ruling has been withdrawn due to changes made to the scheme and the issue of a new Product Disclosure Statement in relation to the scheme.
