Income tax: 2006 Macgrove Project

Product Ruling PR 2006/77 sets out the Commissioner's opinion on the tax consequences for persons participating in the 2006 Macgrove Project.

The minimum subscription was not met by 15 June 2006 and the Project did not proceed. Therefore, Product Ruling PR 2006/77 has no application as it does not rule on the tax consequences for any taxpayer.
