Income tax: 2006 Timbercorp Almond Project - Post 30 June Growers

Product Ruling PR 2006/2 sets out the Commissioner's opinion on the tax consequences of Growers accepted into the 2006 Timbercorp Almond Project - Post 30 June Growers (the Project) between 1 July 2006 and 15 June 2007 inclusive.

No applications were accepted and the Project did not proceed. Therefore, Product Ruling PR 2006/2 has no application as it does not rule on the tax consequences for any entity.
