Withdrawal

This Product Ruling is withdrawn and ceases to have effect after 30 June 2007. Even following its withdrawal, this Ruling continues to apply, in respect of the relevant provisions ruled upon, to all entities within the specified class who, between 19 May 1999 and 30 June 2000, entered into the specified scheme that is set out in paragraphs 12 to 28 of PR 1999/25. This is subject to there being no material difference in the scheme or in the Growers involvement in the scheme.
