Withdrawal

This Product Ruling is withdrawn and ceases to have effect after 30 June 2007. Even following its withdrawal, this Ruling continues to apply, in respect of the relevant provisions ruled upon, to all entities within the specified class who entered into the specified scheme between 19 April 2000 and before 3 March 2001 that is set out in paragraphs 13 to 40 of Product Ruling PR 2000/46. This is subject to there being no change in the scheme or in the entity's' involvement in the scheme.
