Notice of Withdrawal

Product Ruling PR 2003/72 sets out the Commissioner's opinion on the way in which certain tax laws apply to persons who take part in the New World 2020 Project ('the Project'). The Ruling applies to persons accepted to participate in the Project between 17 December 2003 and the date of withdrawal of the Ruling.

There has been a change in Responsible Entity from New World RE Limited to Huntley Management Limited.

The new arrangement is dealt with by PR 2004/75 which issues today.
