Income tax: Loddon Olive Project - 2004 Growers

Product Ruling PR 2003/46 dealt with the tax consequences of investing in the Project by Growers entering into a Grove Licence Agreement and a Management Agreement to grow and cultivate olive trees for harvesting olives and selling as olives or olive oil.

The promoter has advised that the Project will not proceed in 2004.
