Income tax: Northern Softwood Project 2003

Product Ruling PR 2002/140 is withdrawn with effect from today.

This Ruling sets out the Commissioner's opinion on the way in which certain tax laws apply to persons who take part in the Northern Softwood Project 2003 ('the Project'). Product Ruling PR 2002/140 applies to persons who were accepted to participate in the Project between 4 December 2002 and on or before 28 June 2003.

As minimum subscription was not achieved by 28 June 2003, there is no class of persons to whom this Ruling can apply. Accordingly this Ruling is now withdrawn.
