Fringe benefits tax: employers who use the Intelematics Fleet Telematics system as a means to record log book entries when calculating the taxable value of car fringe benefits for the purposes of Division 2 of Part III of the Fringe Benefits Tax Assessment Act 1986

This Ruling is withdrawn and ceases to have effect after 31 March 2011. However, the Ruling continues to apply after its withdrawal in respect of the relevant provisions ruled upon to all persons within the specified class who entered into the specified scheme during the term of the Ruling, subject to there being no change in the scheme or in the person's involvement in the scheme.
