Income tax: exempt foreign employment income: section 23AG: Boeing Australia Limited

Class Ruling CR 2001/81 sets out the Commissioner's views of the income tax implications for Australian resident individuals employed by Boeing Australia Limited seconded to the United States of America on a 'J' class visa for a training program referred to as the "Commercial Project".

Class Ruling CR 2001/81 is withdrawn because the arrangement described in it no longer exists.
