the investment amount and term may vary from customer to customer but the initial term cannot exceed 10 years 2. the interest rate is fixed and depends upon the term of the respective Certificate of Deposit 3. if the initial term is less than 10 years, the funds may be reinvested upon maturity, but only on the condition that the combined initial term and reinvestment terms do not exceed 10 years when added together, and 4. the company must repay the investment amount together with any interest due thereon at the maturity of each investment term.
