Consolidation: testing 'continuing majority-owned entity' status for a demerged entity in a multi-tiered corporate structure

the demerger itself caused a minor change of less than 5% in ownership as recorded in the share registers of A Ltd and B Ltd; and 2. there has been more than 50% continuity of registered share ownership from 27 June 2002 until immediately before the demerger, and from immediately after the demerger until the consolidation formation time.
