Notice of Erratum - Goods and services tax: can the sale of an interest in leased commercial property be the supply of a going concern?

This Erratum corrects Goods and Services Tax Determination GSTD 2003/D5 to correct the e-mail address given for the contact officer.

At paragraph 16, in the contact officer's e-mail address, omit ' nick.curry@ato.gov.au ' and substitute with ' Nicholas.Curry@ato.gov.au '.
