the recipient is present in Australia for a period or periods not exceeding in the aggregate 183 days in the income year ending 30 June; 2. the remuneration is paid by or on behalf of an employer or company who is not a resident of Australia; and 3. the remuneration is not deductible in determining the profits of an enterprise or permanent establishment that the employer has in Australia.
