Superannuation Guarantee Determination SGD 98/1 provides the maximum contribution base for each period in the 1998-99 financial year.

The maximum contribution base for each contribution period in 1998-99 is now provided on the ATO website at www.ato.gov.au. There is, therefore, no further need for the Determination.
