Superannuation Guarantee Determination SGD 97/2 provides the maximum contribution base for each contribution period in the 1997-98 financial year.

The maximum contribution base for each contribution period in 1997-98 is now provided on the ATO website at www.ato.gov.au. There is, therefore, no further need for the Determination.
