Product Ruling PR 2010/15 sets out the Commissioner's opinion on the tax consequences for entities that acquire forestry interests in a forestry management scheme known as the Australia Wide Timbers Project (the Project).

No applications were accepted and the Project did not proceed. Therefore, PR 2010/15 has no application as it does not rule on the tax consequences for any entity.
