Notice of Withdrawal

Product Ruling PR 2009/17 set out the Commissioner's opinion on the tax consequences for persons participating in the KTC Mahogany Project (the Project).

The Project will not commence as no participants will be allocated to this scheme. Therefore, there is no class of entities to which PR 2009/17 will apply.
