Notice of Withdrawal

Notice of Archival of Taxation Ruling MT 2013 was given on 7 August 1996.

In Addendum No. 2 to Taxation Ruling MT 2005 we say that: • we will no longer issue Notices of Archival for Rulings in the MT series; and • we will withdraw progressively all Rulings in the MT series for which we have issued Notices of Archival.

Accordingly, Taxation Ruling MT 2013 is withdrawn, with effect from today.
